Does anyone know any prescription acne pills that work good??
Severe acne is best treated by a dermatologist....they see plenty of acne cases every day......pills for what? Over the counter junk like clearasil and pills rarely work.......my 19 year old son had rather bad acne years ago and they put him on accutane and it worked like a miracle in a few weeks.......see a good dermatologist.

How long do acne pills take to start working?
My doctor just started me on a low dosage pill for my acne that, like all pills, is supposed to make the skin worse before it gets better. its been 2 days and i can definitely see the getting worse part... how long until it starts to take affect?

acne pills, How long does it take to digest?
I'm currently taking pills for my acne. I have to take it on an empty stomach so I usually take it when i wake up as i have not eaten anything since the night before. I'm wondering how long I have to wait after I take the pill before I can eat something, to give the pill some time to digest and start working.

Is it safe to take other acne pills while taking tetracycline?
I'm currently taking tetracycline for my acne, but my mom bought me some new pills. They're called "clearAc" by Hyland. I was wondering if its safe to take those pills while I'm still taking my tetracycline?
By the way, the clearac has no warnings against it. Like, it only says "do not take if youre pregnant or nursing."

I am 12 and I have tried everything to try to cure acne. I have heard these pills are effective and I'm wondering if they will help me with my acne problems....
I took Accutane, and it worked for me. I had to wear chapstick for years and still can't be in a room with a fan on because my lips and eyes are a little dry, but it got rid of the acne! I'm really glad I used Accutane.
Tanning will give you cancer, and it can agrivate acne. Bad idea.
