I have just purchased Johnsons Holiday Skin Body Lotion and would like to know the best way of applying it and how often?

I bought some for the first time in July (it's winter here, so I was a bit pale).
I applied it each day for three days straight after my shower & heaps of people kept asking me where I'd been on holidays.
Don't forget to exfoliate.
Don't forget to wash your palms afterward. If you don't, you'll get yellow lines across your lifeline etc.
Also, don't do too much washing up. It will soak off the hand colour faster than on the rest of your body & looks WEIRD!
Apply daily for 3-4 days, then when you've got the colour you want, drop back to once every 2-3 days.
It is such a good product!

What should I be looking for? I dont have wrinkles (I'm 28) but I want to start using a body lotion (mostly at night after I shower) that will help maintain younger looking skin. Should I be looking for certain vitamins in the lotions? Does anyone have any recommendations?

Vaseline Intensive Care. Its really good for keeping in moisture, it isn't incredibly expensive, it has vitamin E, which is really good for keeping away wrinkles. Its non greasy, and it doesn't have a god awful overwhelmingly sweet scent.

(Cocoa butter is nice, but its greasy, and has a really strong smell)
(Retinal A might have long term side effects, the FDA has said they don't know how safe it is to use over a long period of time....)

Hi I read that you can apply oil free moisturisers to your body before applying a self tan. But im haveing trouble finding an oil free one. I know fake bake does one, but its quite expensive, At the moment Im uising palmers coco butter but I emails the makers and there is three oils in it. This is ok for after I apply self tan but not before.

So which oil free lotion or moisturizer do you use in order to prolong the tan? Thanks for your help.
It tells you to use an oil free moisturiser on the fake bake website. You use it if you have very dry skin.

I wouldn't worry about using an oil free one, if fake bake recommend it, and they also sell one then I think you'll find it's a marketing ploy.

Any moisturiser will usually do just make sure it has absorbed properly before you apply fake tan. I've never had a problem with using moisturisers with oil in and I've used all sorts of brands of fake tan and moisturiser.

As for afterwards, I'd use a gradual tanning moisturiser like Garnier SummerBody (it's the best I've found) to help maintain your tan.

I'm looking for a moisturizing cream for the face that is not greasy, allows for make-up to go over it and calms redness. A good body lotion for eczema and really dry skin is also what I'm looking for. HELP!

I don't know if this would work for the face, but Eucerin Calming Cream does wonders for my hands. Eucerin also has an itch relief spray <I've been using instead of steroroid like cortisone>.

Tea Bags also work at reducing the redness ...

I have really really dry skin. My face is dry, my arms, and my legs are too. I also have little red bumps all over my body. I just want smooth skin. Do you know the BEST lotion for me to use? Thanks.

I really like Suave brand Oatmeal formula. It is creamy, not oily and oatmeal is naturally good for your skin anyway. It absorbs into the skin fast and makes it soft too. It is also inexpensive, about $2 a bottle and you can find it anywhere.

I have a gift certificate and really need a great facial night cream and all-over body lotion/creme, but am very sensitive to chemicals and fragrances so would like something natural...am having a hard time finding one using their website...thanks!
