what do u coat ur body in? does ur skin look better? some ppl bath in honey and milk etc.
I am a body scrub believer. It has to be oil based with sugar or salt granules. I scrub once a week at least to get rid of dry scaly skin and to clear out pore clogging debris on acne prone areas like Back, shoulders and chest. I then wash it off with shower gel and apply lotion with AHA to smoothen out dry spots.
My skin becomes as soft as my baby neice and people notice.

i need to change myself before my birthday in 2 months, i want to change my hair(im getting it red), any ideas haircut/treatment?, also soft toned skin (workouts too), anything you can think of too? thanks
things i could do at home and without a gym, of course the haircut and dye will be at a salon
wash face with sugar it's a great exfoliation and moisturizer, a little honey and lemon juice or vinegar together for brightening of freckles or suns spots for 10 - 15 min. then rinse. make sure use sun protection on top of any moisturizer the during day very important. always use a serum before moisturizer morning and night.

How can veet and similar body hair treatments stay in business?
I've tried everything on the market and it never works. I don't break out, so I leave it on the max time suggested, even longer sometimes and the hair is never completely gone like the commercials suggest. What's up?

What kind of treatments are out there? How much do they cost?
It's impossible to have impermeable skin where you can absorb water/oil creams into the fatty layers of skin (where cellulite is). Women have a different muscle structure which makes those pinched pockets. Its the mucle fibers which pulls down the skin causing a bumpy surface. The best bet is to exercise.

Dr Harpreet Wasan, a cancer consultant at London's Hammersmith Hospital, said: 'This cancer is not like any other cancer. There is no alternative treatment. Every other drug that has been tried fails to work.
'British doctors were heavily involved in the trials of this drug yet NICE will say we can't prescribe it.'
Nice rates the cost-effectiveness of a drug using a complicated measurement called a 'quality adjusted life year' or QALY.
This determines the cost of new treatment by working out how much it
improves and extends a life compared with existing treatments.
Andrew Dillon, chief executive of Nice, said: 'We have
recently changed our approach to appraising high cost treatments which
can extend life for terminally ill patients.

Therefore, I am preparing this article to compare and contrast what are known as traditional treatments vs… Complementary or alternative treatments for back pain.
