Preparing your ingredients
Once you have your ingredients ready boil 1.8lts of water in a large stainless steel stockpot. Once it has reached boiling point add the herbs and remove the pot from the heat. Add all the remaining ingredients to the pot stir well and allow it to cool down for 10 minutes.
Application process:
Dip your bandages or cloth wraps into the mix one by one making sure your mud mix stays warm, you may need to re-heat it if it cools too quickly. Thoroughly soak each bandage into the mix then wrap it around your body starting from your ankles and working your way up. If you are getting help with this one by all means wear underwear it wont make much difference to the outcome. It is however important to stay warm, so if your room is too chilled wrap yourself in a washable blanket lay back and relax for a good 60 minutes.

Does it work What kind of inch loss did u have?
I did two years ago to lose inches before my wedding.
Positives:
I lost a ton of inches and skin firmed up especially thighs. It also made my skin look/feel good. I think my good result is that I tend to retain water a lot but after two months the results went away. I think if you go back regularly you could have good results.
Negatives:
I thought the guy who did the wrap was a little creepy though and NO one else was there, the lights were dim. The place I went too just seemed unclean. You could see the mineral crystals all over the floor. They will wrap you, then you are supposed to jump on a mini trampoline for 45 minutes. If you have any kind of knee or leg issue that could be unsafe because as you are jumping the wrap is also losing water it's slippery they had ziplock baggies on my feet...
Overall, if the place seems high caliber, feel free to try it, but if you have any doubts, please don't do it. I liked the loss of inches, but will not go back.
