Beauty Care What is the best eye, face, and/or lip creams you have ever used?
I am curious to know what would you recommend? I am looking for an eye cream (for slight wrinkles around and under), a face cream (for tone and moisture), and a lip moisturizer/enhancer. I am not able to afford the really pricey stuff, just products I can buy in a local store. I love to learn random beauty techinques that people do that's "just their own" too. :) Thanks for your time!!
Well I don't know if my reccomendations will be of any use to you because I have oily skin (dont know what skin type you have, so it may not be beneficial). But anyways, for eye creams, I use Mary Kay's Firming Eye Cream (around $40 or somethingm - but it lasts forever, I've had mine for about 2 years now and I use it almost every night) because I want that area moisturized.
For facial moisturizer,I use Mary Kay's Time Wise face moisturizer for Oily-Combo skin types ($35 or so - again, it lasts forever). For lip balm, I switch back and forth between Victoria's secret Beauty Rush lip balm ($7.50) and Mary Kay's Satin Lips lip balm ($10 I think). Sorry if my reccomendations are out of your price range, but really, they last so long, you end up saving the money.

What are the best eye and face creams?
I have this horrendous puffiness under my eyes and am generally looking a bit run down and need a bit of a lift. Help!
The best product I've used for this problem is St. Ives Eye Stress Gel. It comes in a little green bottle and it reduces puffiness in a matter of minutes. It's a gel that feels really cool on your skin and smells fresh and clean. You can find it in any drugstore and it doesn't cost very much. It's great for sensitive skin too.
I highly recommend this for you.

Anything from makeup to cosmetics to anti-aging, and which stores (example:Sephora) are the places to go, for top notch items that work, and that Celebrities use.

Where do you get Spectro Jel?
Proactiv is basically an expensive cleansing system that's active ingredient is Salicylic acid... It actually made my acne quite a bit worse...
I had a great deal of luck with Spectro Jel. After 12 years of acne, it was the only thing that gave me clear skin

what kind of face creams as well as body creams are best to use while im pregnant and what about soap?
Im worried about all the chemicals and toxins that are in creams and lotions and if they will effect my pregnancy. i use a toner that has salacylic acid in it and soap by clinque and i use a herbal fairness cream on my face with SPF. and coco butter on my arms and legs. is this all safe. and what about scrubing my face and shampoos
Try to stick too creams that your skin are already used to as your body can become very sensitive during pregnancy. Boots do a fab range called pregnecare which caters especially for skin whilst carring your baby. As for soaps use something that smells lovely & relaxes you cos trust me towards the end of the pregnancy you'll need too be as chilled as you can be. Good luck.

Scientists studying plummeting sperm levels among New Zealand men are considering whether plastics contained in everyday items such as creams, water bottles and food wrap are to blame.
Sperm quality among Kiwi men has halved in the past 20 years, and Victoria University researcher Ken McNatty is leading a study into what part plastics play in the decline.
Environmental factors, such as pollution, and lifestyle factors such as diet, are thought to affect fertility, but Dr McNatty said the contribution of plastics had not been proven.
Plastics in everyday items, such as detergents and anti-flammable coatings applied to furniture, were easily absorbed by the human body. Within those plastics were chemicals that attached themselves to cells in the body and built up, he said.
Researchers planned to take seminal fluid from donors and examine whether there was a link between a buildup of plastics and low sperm quality.
Although it took only one good sperm for a woman to get pregnant, Dr McNatty said the trend was alarming. If a link could be proved, "it will become a health prevention issue. We will be able to advise people that there is a potential for reduced fertility if they persist in drinking out of that water bottle, or wrapping food in plastic".
Fertility Associates operations director John Peek said it was difficult to measure whether sperm quality affected fertility rates, but about one in four couples had problems conceiving. If current trends continued, poor sperm quality could affect large numbers of men in the future.
