i want to know what it does...meaning does it really reduce pimples? and is it healthy? because i heard that it increases free radicals on teh face increasing cancer...and what are the advantages?
Too much oxygen is actually bad for the body. It is an oxidizer after all. Since the atmosphere is about 20% oxygen aren't you getting a free oxygen facial all day long for free. Just about every product that tried to use oxygen turned out to be not to good. I wouldn't every try it.

Are you talking about dark undereye circles or actual dark areas of skin? If it's undereye circles that's easy-- but dark patches of skin need bleaching. I have some dark patches of skin on my face, I have used a cream called Retin-A-Micro, which gradually over time, bleaches that are of the skin. You might also want to see a dermatologist, who may recommend an entire skin regime for you to follow.

i had an oxygen facial the other day to try help out my acne... a day or two later i got these raw spots... impetigo... on my face!! is this because the people using the machine didn't clean it properly?!? or something else?
It's certainly possible to have gotten the bacteria from the equipment. The next time either bring alcohol with you (to wipe the equipment) or wathc them disinfect the equipment.

AT first, we only knew that it caused a severe, sometimes fatal, form of food poisoning — which is now prevented by better food technology and hygiene.
By World War II, a young US army officer, Dr Edward Schantz, was preparing huge amounts of botulinum neurotoxin (BoNT) at Fort Detrick and according to some reports, the plan was for prostitutes to assassinate Japanese officers with capsules containing a lethal dose.
But the US dropped biological weapons in the 1960s and Dr Schantz began testing BoNT on monkeys as a treatment for crossed eyes (strabismus).
In 1989, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved it as a drug to treat crossed eyes, eye spasms (blepharospasm) and hemifacial spasms (involuntary contractions on one side of the face).
In 2000, the FDA approved it for treatment of cervical dystonia — abnormal tightening and twisting of head and neck muscles.
