When I wake up my neck and chest have wrinkles caused by the position I slept in. How can I make them disappear and prevent them in the future?
There are 2 ways to get rid of this problem-
Sleep on your back, it not only helps you get rid of creases, folds and wrinkles on your face, neck and cleavage but also saves your face from becoming saggy due to gravitational force.
Second thing is sleep on satin bedspread and satin/silk pillow. You will be amazed to see the result.

I have started develping wrinkles on my neck. There are two clear lines on my neck.It seems as if I am wearing two necklaces at one inch distance. How to correct these wrinkles.Any remedies(specifically the natural ones)
To not make them worse, check how u sleep at night.
Is your chin down, creating neck lines?
Sleep on your back, neck straight. (its the healthiest position)
Moisturize at night.

Being the body's largest organ and is prone to aging just like the rest of systems is the skin. If you recall from science class, there are three layers to the skin. The deepest layer is known as the hypodermis. This layer is primarily made up of fat. Don't worry it's the good kind. It helps keep the skin looking plump and attractive. Right above it dwells the dermis. This one is where we keep our collagen and other fibers. The skin's elasticity and strength come from this layer. We are all familiar with the top layer called the epidermis. This layer is important, as it is responsible for regenerating the cells of the visible part of your skin. Obviously it needs to be kept healthy to ensure its appearance and softness.

Sheesh! I really AM old Alva Review-Courier
Since before I turned 40, my offspring labeled me older than dirt. I was often introduced as having gone to kindergarten with Moses, Methuselah or Beethoven. That was definitely NOT true. I never went to kindergarten. It hadnt been invented yet in the hills where I came from. We just plunged right into first grade and skipped the preliminaries.
For years my age never bothered me. After all, I knew I wasnt old, and that someday my kids (if they were lucky and nice enough to me) would reach the same landmark.
Lately, though, Ive noticed some very disturbing patterns.
All of my bones seem to creak when I get up or sit down. Eyeglasses are no longer a fashion accessory but a necessity.
I make myself notes of things to do then lose the notes or forget what it was the note referred to.
Thank goodness for cell phones with alarms (if only I could figure out how to set them).
Once this week I forgot an appointment between 30-minute reminders.
Thats not only embarrassing, thats downright scary! Is this early onset Alzheimers?
I comfort myself by saying its just stress
Im distracted
my brain is too full of information to retain anything more
anything but the dreaded OA (old age). Crossword puzzles and mental exercises are supposed to help. I start filling out the across squares, get bogged down, go to

Beating Your Neck, Shoulder and Back Pain
Suffering from neck, back and shoulder pain? If you are, you're in good company. Millions of people wake up every morning and endure every day experiencing pain in their necks, backs and shoulders. While neck, back and shoulder pain used to be thought of as conditions affecting only adults, due to more parents scheduling routine doctors visits for their kids, it's becoming increasingly apparent that children and teenagers are also suffering from the symptoms. So if it's not age that causes this severe discomfort, what is it? Believe it or not, the culprit may be your sleep habits and the position you sleep in. Each and everyday, you are putting stress on your spine, which directly impacts the tension in your neck, shoulders and back. Even simple, everyday tasks like sitting at a desk, driving, and bending over can contribute to wear on these sensitive parts of your body. Your sleep time is supposed to be the time of day when these areas of your body are allowed to relax and regenerate. However, if your neck is not properly supported while you're sleeping, your body does not have a chance to recover from the stress it endured throughout the day. Improper neck support while sleeping can cause increasingly severe neck, back and shoulder pain over the years, to a point where it becomes unbearable. (more…)
